Common Questions
Do I need to order online first?
Yes. Since we are no longer a retail counter, all orders must be placed online. This generates your order number which you simply write on your package/bag so we can identify your film!
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround for Color (C-41) is 1-3 business days after we check in your film. Black & White and ECN-2 orders may take slightly longer (3-5 days) as they are processed in smaller batches.
Do you develop disposable cameras?
Yes! We treat disposable cameras just like a standard roll of 35mm film.
